Who are your hosts
I’m Dani, I have been working with yoga and wellness for over 24 years, offering transformative yoga classes, workshops, retreats and holidays designed to bring about positive change, inner balance and harmony. I specialize in immersive experiences that cater to women seeking transformation and renewal. I have just completed teacher training with Menopause yoga and Petra Coveney and am bringing much of what I learned to this workshop.

I’m Eithne & have been practising yoga and kinesiology since the early 2000s and, in 2010, I made the decision to leave my career in telecommunications to join the wellness sector full-time.The classes and sessions I offer combine my deep knowledge of yoga and meditation practices with my 10+ years of clinical kinesiology experience. In addition to teaching yoga at all levels, I work with clients suffering from stress and diet-related ailments, anxiety, fatigue, and poor sleep.
Dani Sheil and Eithne Kennedy, bring over 40 years of combined experience in yoga, kinesiology, energy work and wellness, met during a teacher training in 2013. Their friendship and expertise have now lead them to curate a workshop to instil ease and joy back into the lives of women who are struggling with anxiety, fatigue, inflamation and insomnia.

Your Workshop Experience
- Intentional Opening: We begin with a short opening circle to set intentions and prepare you for the practice ahead.
- Yogic Flow: A grounding flow yoga session suitable for all levels, blending movement and breath to calm your body and finishing with some restorative poses to ease the mind and energy.
- Practical Tools: Learn techniques to stimulate the vagus nerve, activate your parasympathetic nervous system and reduce inflammation. Discover pre-bed wind-down practices that will entice deep, restful sleep.
- Energy Cooling: We’ll explore practices that cool your energy, calm your system and help manage anxiety.
- Deep Healing: The day concludes with a closing circle and deep meditation, leaving you feeling calmer, grounded, and empowered.
