I believe this one short life is to be experienced fully and wholeheartedly. I work to encourage women to transition from anxiety, stress and tension to embrace all the joy, tranquility and happiness that can be achieved in this wonderful short life.

I create wellness weekends in stunning Irish venues, Yoga holidays in eco-luxurious locations around Europe, group classes. corporate classes and 1:2:1 sessions.

As you learn to connect to your body, mind and spirit, you will become inspired to live fully, to expect more of your life, to laugh and find greater joy and to share your whole beautiful true self with the world.
