Each class Mindfulness meditation class runs about 20-30 min long, offers your employees the opportunity to step away from their frantic stressful lives, become present with what is here and now and bring back some calm and balance.
Yoga works with breath and movement to relax the nervous system and activate the sympathetic nervous system bringing calm, focus and ease into your life. Releasing stress and tension we build in our bodies yoga encourages us to see how changing our physiology can alter our mental state.
Yoga classes run 45 – 60 min long and can be run live or virtualy.
