Typical retreat day in Agadir

 

8.15am; Vinyasa Yoga flow followed by meditation to wake up the body and direct the mind into clarity, focus and calm

9.45am; The most delicious breakfast you can image, with a variety of offerings to suits all needs.

10.45am; Free time to explore, swim, walk the beach, visit the local villages for a coffee or lunch or just chill out by the pool

6pm; Evening Practice restorative yoga/ Reiki Circle / Pranayama & Meditation. Evenings sunset meditation

8pm; Group dinner in the hotel.

On one afternoon we will take a tour to the stunning Paradise valley

 

I invite you to participate as much as possible with the group but it’s important you listen to your  mind and body and feel free to step away when needed.
