Life is crazy busy, stressful and almost frantic at the moment and I know many of you Believe you don’t have time or not able to meditate. It’s so not true, yes a formal practice takes 10-30 min twice a day but there are faster ways to train your mind. Learning a mindfulness mediation can be just taking 5 minutes to care for yourself and be present can enhance optimism and hope and gratitude. Self care is so important, you more than anyone deserve your love, attention and kindness

STOP Mindful meditation practice can be done at any time and you can practice it for 2 min to as long as you like.

You don’t even have to close your eyes.

The steps to do this mindfulness for selfcare;

  1. You stop what you’re doing, notice how your mind is (busy, lethargic etc)
  2. Bring your focus to your feet and legs. Can you feel tingling or buzzing
  3. Notice your breathing
  4. Just BE.. really notice how are you now, what has changed..
